Little dots... - Men's Health Message Board

Hi, I am a 18 year old male, with a circumsized penis. For the last couple of years, i have noticed little dots on the head, and on the foreskin near the head of my penis. They do not hert, itch, or anything of that sort. There are quite a few, covering most of my head, and various others on the foreskin near the head. They are very similar to the color of my penis. I am wondering what they are, and if they are STD's, or what have you. Any and all information about this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks alot.

If the bumps are on the rim just below the head, then most likely they are pearly penile papules. They are not STD's (I'm saying this thinking you're not sexually active and if you are, that you use protection) but occur in 31% of men. They are a pain in the ***, and you just want them to go away and they may make you shy around females. Doctors would tell you that they are nothing to worry about, but nobody would want them there, so who would want to live with it. I'm circumsized myself and didn't notice anything until after, but the doctor insisted that it was not related to the surgery, but a lot of cases on the message boards about PPP are from circumsized males.

Hey thanks man. Yes, I was reading some other post's related to this, and I figured it could possibly be PPP. My question is: Is there any way of removing them? Making them less visable?

Also.. If any males out there who do have this, what would you tell a girl? If she doesn't know about this, and think's it is a STD or something strange, how do you go about reacting?

R U sexually active? Or had any unprotected sex? If yes, go to a Doctor and make sure you didn't aquire vinerial warts.
