I am a 17 year old male, and had a problem for almost a year. This is difficult to explain, and I hope that there maybe a solution to this. The problem started a while back, my testicles got real itchy one day, and I scratched it. I think since I scratched too rough, the actual skin peeled off. And when it grew back, it was hard and scale like, and a reddish color. I thought it was temporary, but then I got an "itchy" episode again, and I scratched, and everything repeats. I am not sexually active, so I know that's not the cause. (This also causes me not to be sexually active since I'm afraid my potential partner might "catch it") I never told my parents, and never went to a doctor since it's very embarassing. Please help me because it's very uncomfortable, and unappealing.
