I asked a few of my doctors about it over the years who said "don't worry about it!" Wikopedia says that 80% of us guys have them. Some more some less. IN fact no-one ever told me there was a treatment. What you are talking about is actually a fairly refined vitamin "A" cream. Vitamin "A" has been known for a long time to be of great assistance in treatment of skin conditions in general. These little bumps are actually glands which are responsible for creating lubrication for the skin (something we do need actually). Asside from thinning the skin and causing birth defects in children. (ask your doc but it talked all about women who use it leaving one with the intent that maybe the male contribution would not include that.) It also indicated that it may have limited effect leaving one contemplating the risks verses the benefits. Hope that helps.
