Erm if I could have some friendly advice I have noticed over the past week that The tip of my penis is red and when I get an erection there is sometimes dry skin underneath the tip going all the way round, it is not visible when not erect and it is very sensitive that I cant pull it back over the head even half way without it hurting. what the hell could it be lol, thx for your help.

Could be a yeast or fungus infection. In the UK see a doctor. They are fairly good with foreskin problems there. Let us know how you go. If you are too shy to go to the doc then the chemist may be able to sell you some creams to try but it depends on what the cause is so a doc would be best.

almost sounds like a rash with the chaffing problem. My son had a similar problem and a steriod cream was perscribed. A cream like what women use for yeast infections. "Canestan" worked the best and was exactly the same stuff as was perscribed. The doctor said it was like a guy getting a yeast infection.
