Line of bumps? - Men's Health Message Board

I have noticed that from the tip of the foreskin straight down to the scrotum there is a line of red/brownish skin surrounded with bumps. It is occasionaly itchy. I have had this for about a month of so.
Any ideas as to what the problem may be?

The line on the underside of your penis, going down your scrotum, and into your anus, is where the vaginal lips came together to form male genitalia in the womb, before you were born. It is perfectly normal, and every man has it.
Why it is itching, I have no idea.

No, this appears to be more of a rash.

It's not exactly a line, but a patch of redish/brownish skin surrounded by bumps. Not only does it itch but now urination is slightly painful.
