whenever my penis gets really hard like after having sex for a while i start to get small bumps.....i dont know if this is normal but i would really like to know if this is a common thing... symptoms is right after jacking off or sex i have small red spots...very very small they dont look like blisters or anything there just small dots...like the size or a pore in the skin....

It's just swollen blood vessels from all the pressure in the glans. Nothing to worry about.

nothing to worry about buddy, i have that also for many years. I find it when my penis is really hard to the max, that is when i get those red dots .
