Hey Maverick
I'm not sure if using an electric razor would be any better than a regular one to solve your problem. There's a few things that you can try, I'm not sure if you're shaving in the shower or not, but that's a start I shave in the shower with warm water. Shaving in the shower helps to soften up the skin use warm water when you shave. Most of the time, the red bumps come from 1. not preparing the skin before shaving, especially if you're shaving down there, you should be using cream or gel for sensitive skin when shaving down there, then follow with a moisterizer that "does not" have alcohol, that will sting. 2. another thing that causes red bumps are in-grown hairs. That's when the hairs are starting to grow back and the pores are clogged, then they stay in the skin and do not come out, it causes red bumps and irritations on your skin.
There's just one other suggestion for ya, why dont you try, some of the hair removal creams or getting waxed at a salon. Look into one of those and see what happend.
