I agree with Lance2 in that some curvature is normal, but you might want to be aware of a condition known as Peyronies Disease. It's not actually a disease, but is due to scar tissue development on the penis. You can tell because you might see some constriction in the area of the scarring. This scar tissue can cause the penis to bend in the direction of the scarring. While some cases of Peyronies disease are severe (i.e. penis curvature of 90 degrees or more) others can be mild (30-45) degrees. This condition is not serious or life threatening, so I wouldn't worry about it (I've had it since I can remember). If you think you have this condition, you might want to see your urologist.
