I just started on a generic form of androgel tonight. It's a 10% formula. I put it on around 4 hours ago, but I don't feel any different at all, should I? and should this raise my T level substantially? I am at 327 ng/dl, and I want to get up to 700, if I don't feel better there, then I dont' think going any higher will help. I'm 19 by the way

It can takes weeks before the tissues become saturated with androgens and your other hormones adjust to the new conditions. Don't forget it's not just sexual performance but also muscles and bones that are demanding testosterone. Give it time, I would guess within a few days you will start to feel the effects.

There's a good group on yahoo. Look up hypogonadism there. Lots of guys there on it.
