Post blood appearing on toilet paper...

when i wipe myself after taking a poop, lots of blood has been appearing on the toilet paper lately. at first it was just a little, and i just ignored it, i figured maybe I had a small cut that I couldn't feel. But now it's to the point where it is bright red, and the only thing that appears on the towel is red - no brown. and it doesnt feel like i have a cut or anything. what does this mean? please help.

It means that you are going to have to go to a doctor & get checked if it does not go away in a couple of days.

Sometimes it is just a small vein rupture, sometimes it is a bigger problem.

Yes - please schedule an appointment right away. A little blood in the stool happens occasionally, but lots of blood which does not improve could indicate a number of things, some of which are very worrisome.

Don't mean to scare you....well, actually, yes I am trying to scare you... trying to scare you to see a doctor to get to the bottom, so to speak, of this.

Dude
It's sometimes normal yes, but not when all you see on the paper is blood everytime you wipe yourself. I dont wanna scare you at all, but you need to see a Dr. this way they can check you our and see whats the problem, it may be just nothing, but it may be something also, and catching things early give us a better chance.

Good Luck

I had blood and went to a doctor right away. It turned out to be nothing. It could just be a hemorroid or nothing at all like an irritation.
see a doctor and let us know what happened.
