Well, my penis has a bend to the left, AND a twist to the head. If you were to look at my penis straight on, the head is twisted a bit clockwise. Like if the urethra (pee hole) is normally at the 6 o'clock position, mine is at 7 o'clock.
I've accepted both the bend and the twist as normal, and just a part of my penis. Both are slight, and not worth getting surgery for to fix.
