Pain lower left between Ribs, and hip

I started having a interior pain deep within my body between my ribs and hip on th eleft side. I am not able to lie on my left side, nor on my stomcah for any length of time. Blood work, CAT, MRI, and urine test have been done. I go to a Nuro next.
Kinda scaey at times the pain can be intense, yet when a doctor pushes on my stomach/side /back I ahve no real reaction (pain is located to deep). I did wake up in th emiddle of the night once in intense pain, went to the bathroom, came back, next thing it felt like the pain went from the side to the center of my stocha just above the private parts, went to the bathroom again and the pain subsides (some) Local doctor gave up. Thoughts?
