wey protein powder or soy protein powder?

Post wey protein powder or soy protein powder?

i've seen people use both. lately I've seen more people using wey protein.. any pros and cons of each?

whey protein is the purest protein you can get. I really like the company called Designer Whey. I have been using it while lifting for a month and already put on some muscle pretty good.

Whey protein is definitely better. You can measure a proteins quality by how well it mixes. Good protein should be able to mix only with a spoon ie Designer Whey which is what I use too.

You should mix both. Whey protein is quickly absorbed so it's good for any immediate protein needs your body may have; while soy is more slowly absorbed and thus lasts longer, soy also has isoflavones which are scientifically proven to reduce the risk for various types of cancer.
