hi. when i check my genital area regulaly as i have a history of cancer in the family, i notice that my testicals move within my scrotum. i dont know that many guys so i dont talk about it and so i wondered if anyone on here could tell me if its normal or not. also, i am uncut and at the tip of my foreskin, there are little bumps/pimples, like a perminent rash, i dont know if this is caused by friction when i masturbate or not, does anyone else here have them???

Its normal for your testicles to move around in the scrotum. They just kind of float around, and they can move up and down a lot depending on temperature, sexual excitement, nervousness, and a bunch of other things. They're not anchored down in the scrotum so they can move quite a bit. They are attached to the body with the spermatic cord at the top, but they have a big range of movement.

As for the bumps on your foreskin, I'm not sure what those are. It could be irritation, so you may want to try masturbating less or with lubrication, and see if it gets better. It could also be a fungal infection - hard to say.

The "rash" is actually an acne like disease that goes away after teen years. Some people, like myself, get it really bad where it covers the bottom of the penis, the upper arms, and lower legs. But it does go away
