I had protected sex and unprotected oral with an escort grl, few days later I was sick and all, had pains and stuff...few days later pain and fever went away...Its been 23 days and know I am getting pain in my thigh and also around my genital area, it itches alot and get the tingling feeling on my scrotum area and around my anus...I got some lotion and all, but another thing is that when I penetrate my penis by jacking off, it gets really red and the inside of penis also gets red...after a while it goes away ?? what is the cauze of this ??

Is this related to HIV ???

Did the condom broke or what, I am really scared

I would go to your doctor and get tested for herpes, by a swab test if the skin symptoms are still present, and by blood test. Herpes does not always appear as blisters, but can also be just red, irritated skin....and tingling is a big symptom of herpes. Also, during the initial infection of herpes, it is common to have flu-like symptoms. Of course, could all be coincidence and be something else, but I would definately get tested, especially seeing as you received unprotected oral sex, contracting herpes type I would be a very big possibility. 80% of the population carries HSVI orally (i.e., coldsores), and it can be passed to the genitals even if there isn't a coldsore present at the time. good luck.

Definitely see a doctor!!! There are also many free STD clinics where you can be tested for STDs anonymously. If you are not in a monogamous relationship, you might want to think about having an HIV test every six months( simple blood test, a trained professional will counsel you). Also, using a condom for ALL types of sex is your best defense against HIV and other STDs--I think they make flavored ones for oral sex. Another idea, kind of gross and by no means foolproof, is to "scout out" the genital area of your partner BEFORE sexual activity occurs. You can do this without letting her know--just kiss her stomach and take a peek. Any bumps, rashes or critters and you might want to rethink the situation. Good luck!

1. Just curious, how to you penetrate your penis by jacking off?

2. It is possible to catch some STD's, namely herpes, HPV (warts), and Molluscum, even if you wear a condom and the condom doesn't break. The reason is that these STD's reside in the skin, and the virus can shed from the skin in the entire boxer shorts region...the butt, upper thighs, scrotum, etc., so wearing a condom doesn't cover all the susceptible skin, and as long as your skin comes in contact with infected skin, you can catch it, whether you have actual sex or not.....genital skin to skin contact is all that is needed to spread these STD's. Wearing a condom does offer protection, just not complete protection.
