I am 20 yrs old, pretty healthy, and I have been having this problem for about 6 days now in which when i go to ejaculate nothing but a liquid(kind of the same as urine but more clear in color) comes out and it kind of feels discomforting but not too painful under my scrotum close to my anus. My girlfriend and I are both sexually active and we are both each others first. This is the first time i have ever had this problem and i am wondering what it could be to help ease my mind. I am wondering if i might of pulled something inside me and there is swelling because we have had sex in the back seat of my car ( i am about 6-2 180 and have long legs so i was bent sort of awkwardly while we were doing it, my left leg was stretched out while my right was bent and behind the driver's seat). This all just sort of came about and scared the hell out of me. Also i have had soreness in my groin muscles on the right side of my body through the back of my leg and in my lower butt muscle. This all just sort of came about and i don't have any clue how. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

does it sound like a hernia to you guys?

No, a hernia would be much higher, near where the top of the scrotum where it meets the abdomen.

It sounds like you injured your urethra in the perenium area somehow. Any difficulty urinating? The perenium is the area between your anus and scrotum, and the urethra runs right through that area, just below the skin on its way to the penis.

I don't know - you may need to see a doc for this. Its the first I heard of this kind of problem.

i have no trouble urinating or anything at all, everything else is completely normal, it is really weird. i'm thinking i might have strained something to swell due to the sexual position i was in...possibly, hopefully.

Here is an update on my condition in case anybody else has similar symptoms. I went to the doctor and was diagnosed with a prostate infection. I am now on antibiotics for 14 days and by then everything should be cleared up.
