testicle lump question... - Men's Health Message Board

okay my boyfriend gets these little lumps on his testicles but they are not lumps in the testicles themselves, they are just right under the skin part. they are not very big like pencil eraser around size or smaller. the lumps are more like pimples or fatty deposits because they are a whitish color. when he was younger, he is now 25, he would cut/pop them out and he said is just like a fatty white stuff that comes out. he also has been getting more of them over the last couple years we have been together. does anyone know what are these? does anyone what i am taking about? should i tell him to see a doctor?

Chances are they are pimples or impacted pubic hair follicles. No big deal, we all get them from time to time down there. I'd be careful with them though, don't want infections taking place there!

Don't worry, I also have these though mine are a bit smaller and around my penis too. They are called PPP which stands for pearly penile papules. They are harmless. I too when i was younger used to pop them in which a white "chunkey" substance would excrete. I quit after reading on Sue Johansen's website ( [url="http://www.talksexwithsue.com"]www.talksexwithsue.com[/url] ) that it could hurt yur penis to pop them and is totaly unnessisary. I am 90% sure this is what he has too.
