hey man i dont know but i have wrinkles on the head of my penis too, but im a virgin

Are you circumcised or intact and are you talking about when you are erect or flacid? Either way I think they are normal. If you are intact then they may be the ridged bands which are a particular erogenous zone of the foreskin, packed with sensitive nerve receptors.
