Bumps on lower shaft - Men's Health Message Board

Hello, I dont know if i should be here because im 13 yr old.

I have a HUGE concern. On the lower shaft of my menis there are "regular" colored bumps. I dont think there warts. But they are there. They cannot be an STD because i have obviously not had sex before. Should i be concerned? I am a bit concerned.

There are several bumps. I do masturbate, and i use my saliva as lube. I am circumsized. DO u think my saliva causes these bumps? I am .... not scaed....but embarrassed to goto the doctor. Can ne1 tell me whats goin on with my lower shaft?
