Okay...well, first of all, the "bodybuilding thing" isn't something you just do for a few weeks and expect results. It takes at least 1-2 years consistently before you see REAL results, don't buy all that BS you see in ads for weight gain products about Mr.Skinny turning into Mr.Buff over 6 weeks.
You want mass? You have to be dedicated.
Body building must take precedence over everything else. You must never miss work outs, and you must chaneg your diet and make sure youre eating A LOT and getting enough protein all the time.
If you follow your work out relegiously, and eat a lot all the time, after 6 months you should see some results, and after a year it'll be noticable to everyone else.
PS- A lot of youngsters who start body-buidling over-train because they see super buff guys working out like crazy.
Be careful that you don't train too much, youre just starting out and dont need to do the same workouts as someone who already has mass and is looking for cuts/definition.
Its best if you speak to a trainer about what you should be doing, but for mass basic moves involving the barbell mostly will be used, and you'll take a day off at least between working out the same muscles...But see a trainer for real advice.
