My husband came to me last night and said that he had a growth on his testicles, he said that it felt like an ingrown hair or something. I finally talked him into letting me look at it and it didn't look like an ingrown hair to me, it's on his right side between his testicle and his pelvic bone. It wasn't discolored (he gets ingrown hairs on his thighs sometimes and they turn red) and it wasn't raised like there was a hair follicle in there. It is a flat patch about the size of a dime, there isn't really a lump there but the skin feels hard, he said that it's not painful. He wants to wait a few weeks and see if it gets better before he makes a trip to the doctor but I am really scared that it's something he needs to have examined. Does this sound like anything that any of you have experienced? Should I ask him to see a doctor about it or just leave him alone for a few weeks? Thank you in advance for your help!
