dull pain on the nerve from the hip to right testicle

my right testicle at time get tight while the left one hangs on.
at that time i get dull pain (discomfort) mainly on the nerve connecting the right testicle and the hip bone. When I bend down i can feel the right testicle touching the inner thigh. If i pull the testicle down the dull pain goes away.
This problem is more apparent when i lift some heavy objects.
I do not find any growth on my testicles and they are normal.
Pain is not on testicle but on the nerve from the hip to the scrotum

please tell me WHY is it

Re: dull pain on the nerve from the hip to right testicle

Have you been checked for a hernia? The symptoms you are describing sound like that could be the problem. There could be a hole in the muscle wall near the scrotum. When you lift something heavy, the pressure in your abdomen could push some part of your intestine into that hole. When you pull down on your scrotum or testicle, you free the protruding intestine and relieve the pain.

Good luck
