Ok, I think this is what I thin kI might have, I'll list my symptoms and if someone could tell me what they think about it I would appreciate it.
Symptoms I am experiencing:
Dull Ache in left testicle, mainly in the spermatic cord/Epididymis area.
Pressure/heavy type feeling around the left testicle and groin are which radiates to left leg, lower abdomen, hip.
Warm burning sensation in the left spermatic cord/testicle which is slightly radiating to my lower abdomen.
Swollen and sensitive spermatic cord and Epididymis.
Excess fluid around the testicles
The testicle is also not hanging as low as the right one. (not sure if it's always been like that but I'm noticing it now since these symptoms.)
Ok so they are my symptoms, I'll mention some of the things I'm not having to rule things out.
Symptoms I'm not experiencing:
I have done the testicular Cancer self examination numerous times and there are no abnormal lumps on both my spermatic cord and both testicles.
No Nausea, No loss of appetite, no severe pain, no erectile problems.
help would be appreciated guys!
