I can feel a really tiny lump on my testicles.

Hey, I was wondering if I should be worrying about this really tiny lump at the lower part of my testicle near the epididymus. The lump is hardly noticeable unless I pay close attention when i do a TSE. The lump feels like a tiny dot smaller than the size of 1 grain of sand and it doesn't hurt when i touch it. About 1 year ago, I went to the doctor because my RIGHT testicle was a bit swollen and red and was hurting. Unfortunately i cannot remember what it was called but the doctor told me to drink more water and gave me some antibiotics. The pain went away and the swolling stopped and the doctor told me to do a TSE every month or so. She said to come back in 2 years to have it checked to see if I have testicular microlithiasis. I am not sure if this is related to that tiny lump on my LEFT TESTICLE so I want to make sure. Could it be related to testicular cancer or microlithiasis or is the tiny lump just something normal.

Sorry if i am not clear but I just want to know if it is serious. I am scared like crazy and i cannot stop worrying about this.
