Hello gentlemen,

This question is directed to those men who have had a vasectomy. My guy is 47 years old, never had children and does not want them. I am considering a tubal ligation, but the doctor suggests vasectomy for my man. My man is apprehensive because he thinks he won't have the same sensation of releasing the back pressure in his testes that he feels when he orgasms at this time.

I have read a tiny bit about open-ended vasectomies and wonder if this technique will reduce any potential loss of sensation during orgasm.

Can anyone tell me if having a vasectomy reduces your feeling of release? Can anyone tell me if an open-ended vasectomy maintains that feeling of release during orgasm?
