| Penis bulges at base
My penis bulges at the base when I get an erection. Both sides of the shaft become wider than the shaft and the bulged area extends inside of my scrotum. There is no pain but I can only get an erection with the help of cialis since that bulge seems to allow blood to flow out.
When I was a kid I used to hold in my ejaculate when masturbating and I'm wondering if that caused the base of my tunica to weaken under the pressure. A doctor recommended surgery that consists of wrapping that area in pig tissue to give it strength. I am scheduled for surgery in December but am worried about the likely success and possible side effects. Has anyone had the same problem?
