Fixing Phimosis. but I'm not sure to about where I am.

So I have been fixing phimosis for a long time, but I still have a few big issues as I think that the fixing process is at a pause now because I don't know what to do.
Here are my issues:
1. I can stretch my penis when not erect but when I get erect I have a few problems, like my penis being sticky up to the point I cannot stretch it down. I have been cleaning it with ultra high pressure water or anything else and it is still sticky. I've been cleaning it with all sorts of soap and it is so sticky it is unexplainable, it is making my stretching down a lot harder then expected and it hurts a lot.
2. My penis head is sensitive alongside with the foreskin glans being very very sensetive, I can't even explain the pain. I try having sex with my partner, and I attempt to get less sensitive the more exposed I get and I use it, but I feel that it is not working and my partner is being very impatient with me even though the phimosis fixing part were the courtesy of our work together. But it's stopping me being a sex beast, and the upsets me and my partner.
3. When I try retracting the penis on non erect, I can retract it to maximum, but on erect i can just to a tiny mm above my head.

Any help/tips about this issue?

Re: Fixing Phimosis. but I'm not sure to about where I am.

may i suggest you speak to your GP first to determine that you have uncomplicated tight foreskin. If that is correct you have numerous options including the use of the gentle foreskin stretching technique using a balloon stretcher. This is a conservative approach and many details can be found on the web. Remember, you should always use a gentle hypoallergenic soap on your foreskin to maintain good foreksin health and use use specially formulated creams and lubricants that do not trigger inflammation of your foreskin. The inflammation of your foreskin causing ongoing problems with a tight foreskin and you need to be aware that good foreskin hygiene combined with gentle foreskin stretching is your best way of maintaining a happy health sex life too.
