| All 3 - Lengthening, Enlargement and Circumcision!
Had all 3 done last Tuesday in a 2 hour op.
The first 2 were because of a over reactive suspensory ligament that meant that up to my current age, 27, my penis had pretty much been pulled up inside me, which i guess had stunted natural growth. Could get an erection and have intercourse but without a real size that someone my age would have usually.
The circumcision was because my foreskin was tight and was suggested to get it done if getting other 2 procedures done.
I wasnt expecting the 'uncomfortableness' that all 3 would produce. I was off work for a week as was informed to, but 5 of them days were literally laying in bed, would really sit, and even getting up and down in bed was uncomfortable as had incision right at base of penis to get to ligament, fat taken from lowe stomach for enlargement, and circumcision. the swelling was unbeleivable and the penis was pretty much 'enveloped' by the swelling, and as you can imagine, peeing was very difficult first day which actually forced me to have to pee in the bathtub!
Erections HURT!! You will be woken my nocturnal/morning erections throughout the night for, well, 10 days for me so far! (these you would be having normally, but wouldnt know as wouldnt hurt)
In the first week the swelling didnt really go down which was worrying, although after being told at my first check up, is common as hadnt been doing anything for a week so it just stayed! Now ive been back to work for 3 days, swelling has gone down 60-70% but penis still hasnt come out naturally, not without forcing out by pulling back the remaning swollen bit of foreskin.
Only real problem at moment is the incision at top of penis (pubis area) as this whole area is always moving/in action when obviously walking/sitting/standing/bending etc and is still slightly spot bleeding and possible slight infection although kept area/bandaging as clean as i could in the circumstances.
Im meeting nurse for second check up early next week to see what they think of the healing/outcome etc.
I should have done this 10/15 years ago, but was never 'man enough' to admit a problem, and as had a number of long term sexual relationships, probably ignored the problem as didnt have to worry about it, although deep down i knew it wasnt normal.
Can answer any questions you have regarding this procedure! Ill update next week after check up!
