Low Test and Supplements

I'm 24 and just diagnosed with low t. I've been prescribed 200mg test cyp every two weeks. I'm just wondering if there is any supplements I should be taking along with the test to help me out. I've read some about ZMA, but I'm unsure of the pros/cons. Any help would be appreciated.

ZMA has been noted to help but only because it has Zinc in it - you can take Zinc instead since its cheaper and is THE supplement that helps. BUT, im not sure how much you would need. You should speak with a doctor or atleast a Pharmacist to see if Zinc would interfere with your existing perscripion.
Sorry to heart about your woes and good luck.
