First let me say, you lucky SOB! Well I guess, I wouldn't want extremely low test, but I would LOVE to be prescribed testosterone! Anyway for medicinal use it says it should be used in 2-4 week intervals.
When I was juicing though, we would use it weekly in order to keep our test levels high and level. Because the half life of the drug is about 8 days, after that you will have about half as much as the drug in your system. So I would imagine that you will definitely be able to notice a reduction in sex drive in the week or two before your next injection.
Keep in mind though, it always takes a little time before you can feel it "kick" in. Usually 1 or two weeks. Did you mention how long it's been since your first injection?
