Hello,

I'm a 35 yr old male. Since I always remember I think I used to have a little dark spot on my groin area, nothing special or strange whatsoever. A few years ago I started to notice that the spot began

growing, didn't bother me or itch, sometimes a little bit after shaving..

when I apply Peroxide foam appears.. Also I want to mention that I'm Married and my Wife is not showing any of these symptoms.

Any advise and suggestions to eliminate this? I'm confused,
