The opening tip of my penis is noticeably swollen, puffy and red. There is no pain during urination or ejaculation; only a slight itchy sensation directly inside the penis; also there is currently no discharge, although it feels like something is ready to emerge.

I had penis/vagina intercourse 10 days ago (no condom) with a woman selling cosmetics door to door. I am circumcised and otherwise clean and healthy. I had gonorrhea years ago and I remember the pain was excruciating during urination; so apparently this is something else.

This is the weekend thus won't be able to see a urologist at least till Monday.

If not gonorrhea, any ideas what these symptoms could indicate?
