Inflammation?
the skin around the bottom of my penis head is red...it looks as if it is inflared. sometimes it looks worse throughout the day but usually settles down. does anyone know what it could be? sometimes the right side of my penis...where my penis head meets my shaft stings, not often.

It could just be an irritation or it could be something more serious such as Genital Herpes. Have you had intercourse with a female that used Nuvaring birth control? There are tons of men who are allergic to this birth control (it is in the vagina) which causes irritation. I would try taking some benadryl and putting hydrocortasone cream to see if that will help.
