Taking a shower earlier and noticed that I had a kernel sized reddish bump on my scrotum. The bump isn't located on the testicles (actual balls), its located right where the scrotum forms and starts to drop. Also, the bump is not "in" the scrotum or ballsack, its "on" the scrotum. I've ruled out testicular cancer as it doesn't really qualify as a 'lump', and it doesn't look like any symptom of any STD. Then again I'm no doctor haha. The bump isn't necessarily hard but it isn't squishy either, it does cause any major pain when touched, but if i squeeze it or try to pop it (Which I have) then i feel some mild pain. There is also no discomfort at all when left alone. My guess was that it is a major ingrown hair thats been forming for a while but I don't see any hair follicle coming from the bump at all, it is completely smooth, unless the follicle is buried waaaaaayyyy deep in their. It is very unsightly also, no woman after seeing it would feel good about having any sexual encounter with me haha. So does anyone know what it could possibly be? I'm going to give it to the end of the week and if it hasn't gotten any smaller or gone away completely then I'm going to schedule a doctors appointment.
