Question Foreskin

My friend told me he was loosing his foreskin from masturbation. He also told me that If I don't lose it I have to get it cut off. Is that true? Should I try to get rid of the foreskin or leave it?

Re: Foreskin

Making your foreskin looser is easy. Your friend is doing this by masturbating and that is fine. You should retract your foreskin in the shower so that you can clean that area daily. Try retracting your foreskin slowly when you have an erection: if you find it difficult, ask for more help. There are stretching exercises for the foreskin.

Re: Foreskin

If you can retract your foreskin, do it every day in the shower and run water over the penis head to clean it. When you are able to retract, you can soap up your penis as you wash the rest of your body.

In the meantime, to clean under your foreskin without retracting it, get an clean, empty shampoo bottle (or one you can squirt), fill it with warm water and squirt it under the foreskin.

Instructions for stretching the foreskin are in a sticky at the top of the Men's Health Message Board at
