Update on this. It's been a month since my op and there's still a slight wound on the head of my penis, but it's healing pretty well. I picked up an infection at some point and have done a course of antibiotics, which seems to have cleared it up.
However, I've discovered that a couple of stitches had popped underneath the swelling and now there's a bright red 'lump' (for lack of a better word) of tissue along one side of my penis. The question I want to ask is how long this would take to heal naturally, and whether it would be better to go see a doctor about it?
