i recently played footb*** where i took a rather nasty knock to the more sensitive part of the male anatomy. ever since then i have a burning when i pee. i was completely fine before then and am in a stable relationship with my girlfriend for many months, my diet is fine, if a little non-existant. can a knock like that kick start an infection or is it just bruising and will go away?

any help is greatly appreciated
