You aren't talking about Fordyce's spots, are you? They look basically like tiny pimples. "The spots are a form of sebaceous gland. They are not known to be associated with any disease or illness and are of cosmetic concern only. They aren't infectious and are a natural occurrence on the body." I remember when mine were more noticeable. They seem to have blended into the skin eventually with age.
If there was a hard nodule of gross fat/wax inside the one you lanced (which you don't want to do again for risking an infection and scarring), then it's a cystic pimple. (Or if it was just regular fat & pus inside, it was a regular pimple.) Do you ever get acne anywhere else on your body?
I've found certain foods give me acne--mostly on my face, but I've had them appear randomly anywhere on my body including the odd one on the underside of my penis. Peanuts are the worst thing, but a lot of other nuts and seeds can cause acne in me too. Interestingly, while cheap chocolate (Hershey, Nestle, etc.) usually gives me acne too, the more expensive stuff doesn't ($3-5/bar--higher cacao and lower cocoa butter). It seems likely it's a result of the fats in the foods having gone bad somehow (probably polymerized or oxidized). Cheap chocolate sucks!
