It is not a good idea to use chemicals on your penis without a doctor's advice. If the skin is coming off your penis head, you should stop using Dettol, Flogocid and, in particular, Betnovate. Betnovate should not be used for longer than five days and it should not be used for fungal infections.
If you are uncircumcised, the original "red itch patch" could be a fungal infection or maybe balanitis or something else. However, it is impossible to diagnose the condition without examination. You should consult a doctor.
In the meantime, stop applying Dettol, Flogocid and Betnovate. Wash your penis head several times a day with clean water.
