Go to the Men's Health Message Board and find the sticky headed Stretching To Fix Tight Foreskin (Phimosis) near the top of the page. Follow those instructions daily for a month and you should see some improvement. It takes time, patience and persistence. Eventually you should be able to retract your foreskin behind the head of your penis when you have an erection.
