Incognegro Newbie (male) Join Date: Dec 2012 Posts: 1	hematospermia or testical cancer? im 25 and 6ft1 165pounds im slightly flabby and for the last 6 months on and off. I married and only sexual partner for 7 years so i thought is was hematospermia of some kind it said it should just go away and now im noticing my testicals are tender after sex but no pain befofe. so.. HELP!
