When I was like nine years old I started to notice very small white bumps on the head of my penis what should I do I don't know what they are and I'm scared to.go to the doc cause I dont want to be embarrassed any ideas or clues on how to get rid of it or clues on what they are

When I was in my teens I had some tiny white spots on the rim which turned out to be a mild thrush infection. I'm NOT NOT NOT saying that's your problem. What you have might be completely normal and nothing to worry about. Or it might be another kind of skin problem altogether.

I avoided going to see the doctor for a long time and it didn't do anything for my self-esteem knowing I had this problem. Put embarrassment aside and go and see your doctor for a proper diagnosis. Going on boards like this could lead you into thinking you have totally the wrong problem and applying some treatment for something you don't have that may be damaging to the skin.

Your doctor is used to seeing these kinds of problem and it'll only take a minute for them to have a look. A minute - set against all the worry you're clearly having now.

The white bumps you describe are probably pearly penile papules. Lots of guys have them: they are harmless and natural.

I know you said " I'm scared to.go to the doc cause I dont want to be embarrassed " but go. Doctors, at least good ones, will not make you embarrassed. They will be professional and try and figure it out.
