Post-orgasm bleeding

My TURP was about a decade ago at age 68. Recently I've been passing a little blood and a clot or two in the one urination directly following an orgasm. But when I experienced an orgasm two days in a row, the expulsion of blood and clots after the second orgasm lasted into a second day's urination and was a bit heavier.

My urologist said that it did sound like the bleeding was from the TURP he performed.

Are further orgasms beneficial to get rid of clots, or are they contraindicated for me? Thanks very much.
