Possible hypospadias problem

Hey guys. I'm not actually 100% certain I have hypospadias, because I have 2 holes on the tip of my penis. One is normal like everyone else's, while the other seems to be mostly inactive and is just behind the head of the penis on the top side of the shaft. I urinate and ejaculate out of the first, but sometimes after I ejaculate there seems to be a little discharge from the 2nd as well.

I've never really had any problems before - besides the slight embarrassment when I realized through porn watching that this wasn't normal - But recently, when I get an erection, the top side of my penis, the length of the shaft, hurts pretty badly for a minute or two. I imagine it's the whole.. '2nd' urethra that is hurting, and recently I realized that it was bleeding slightly. As you can imagine, this has freaked me out quite a bit. I've done some research, but this type of hypospadias, if that's what it even is, seems rare, and I haven't found anything definitive. Could this be a UTI of my '2nd' urethra or a hypospadias specific problem or something? I still don't know a lot about it all. My first hole is functioning completely normally - no pain or anything.

Hoping someone can help me out. I am STD free, btw, if that would matter. Thanks guys.

Re: Possible hypospadias problem

I Hope you don't mind feedback from a lady, but I know something about this. I think you do have hypospadius, a mild form, for which no treatment is really needed. However the pain you describe is not normal. The second opening is usually more like a Y formation near the top, not an entirely separate urethra all the way down. I would see a urologist if the pain with erection continues or if you develop burning or redness at either opening.

I don't mind at all. I'm just glad to have some feedback about it. All the research I've done has mostly lead me to much more severe cases, which I don't get much useful information out of.

Thank you for the reply. I will definitely do as you suggested if those symptoms occur.
