Low testosterone and Hashimoto's

Im a 30/m and have gotten my test results back:

Testosterone, Serum 345 348-1197 ng/dL

I have read that hashimoto's can drop the level as well.If i don't get treated for the low testosterone, will it continue to effect my levels? My anti-bodies are really high,so just wondering how this might effect me.Any idea what my testosterone should be at for a 30 year old?Im hoping as well the GP i goto will know enough about it too help me out.thanks
