distant, feels a bit drunk - Mental Health Message Board

I´ve been feeling weird lately. It seems that my perseption of what goes on around me is weak...like a movie or something,,,I do things without thinking about, like automatic pilot , even my tact is weak, and I can barely feel in my fingers if I tuotch something. It seems like Im in a far away place...This started abuot 2 weeks ago. I got very dronk, pilkes a lot, it was bad...the first time I dronk alcool in 1 and a half year. First felt this way inthe day after.
Im not like that all times, it comes and goes. first I thougth I was just realy tired, but now I dont think so. It feels like Im a bit dronk yet but I didnt drink no more since the episode(2 weeks ago)
Your opinions?? Please??

Hi it may be depersonalisation/derealisation, perhaps with some lightheadedness

learning to relax and getting some gentle exercise will help

Thank u so very much 4 ur reply. I ll chek ur sugestions on the net. I had already considered depersonalization(sp?) this scares me a lot. My brother sugested low blood preassure, since he have it and it runs in our family. His pressure gets realy low when he drinks alcool, and since its doing an incredible hot whether that im not used to(Im far from my home land),of 42 Cº...I feel normal when I get up in the morning but in some minutes its already weird.

Ill search on the web and try to get my tension measured.
