what is wrong with me? help.. - Mental Health Message Board

Can someone please tell me what's wrong with me? There always seem to be 10000000000000 things going on in my head, I think 99pc of my brain isnt even fucntioning. It's literally taking me about 20 minutes to write this. I don't even remember the last time I was able to put up a decent conversation with anyone, because my mind just goes berzerk when I talk to someone. I swear in the passed 2 years, I haven't been able to read a whole book, or talk to anyone for over 2 minutes. Can someone please tell me I'm not alone and that theres a treatment for this disorder? plz.....

You might consider checking out the ADD board Adult attention deficent disorder.
Read some of the posting or just post this posting there. Good luck

You need professional help, too. There's a LOT they can do for you if you have ADD or ADHD, or whatever. Someone in my family has it, and she suffered for years before she finally got help. Please don't wait!
