Unhappy Empathetic Illness?
In the past month I've started having the weirdest problem:
when someone embarrasses themself in front of me, I get physically ill (nauseous, vomiting).

A few days ago, I was watching a rerun on tv and I knew he was about to be embarrassed, and I had to scramble for the remote to keep from vomiting..



Does anyone have any idea what's wrong with me?

Maybe a type of anxiety disorder? You might want to venture over to the anxiety board and ask your question again. They might be able to help.

I suffer from anxiety and do not recoginze this as a symptom as my problem. It does seem like an anxiety disorder however, most people with anxiety have it for themselves not others. yours' seems to be a fear for others. I cannot suggest anything because I have not had this exact symoptom, but it does seem like some kind of anxiety.
