With the board rules, you aren't allowed to link to an outside source. But don't worry, no need for the link for me. I know a lot about Depersonalization and have delt and are dealing with it myself.
Depersonalization can be a seperate diagnosis, but it is generally in result of something else (i.e. stress, anxiety, depression). Dp is considered to be a dissociative disorder, and dissociative disorders act like coping mechanisms of the brain. When your brain becomes too stressed and overwhelmeda, it alts out into this state.
With that said, defeatng Depersonalization can be difficult because you first have to find out where it is coming from. If you can, ask yourself questions. Do you have anxiety issues? Overwhelming stress? Emotional instability or emotional difficulties?
When you find out where the Dp is being fed from, you then can figure out the options of treatment. If the Dp is anxiety or depressionally induced, anti-depressants and SSRI's can be of benefit. With dissociation, things like anti-psychotics wouldn't be necessary, and could potentially make it worse (if Dp isn't in result of psychosis; in which usually that is rare). If your Dp is chronic, and unrelated to the above, Therapy can help by showing you how to deal and cpe with such feelings, as well as learning to rise above it.
If you can't find out where this Depersonalization feeling is coming from, talk to a counselor or a parents to find out ways to get higher professional help.
