Slow thinker

I'm a slow thinker. Could that be caused by not enough blood flow going to my brain?

Re: Slow thinker

Not necessarily.... you really haven't given enough info... What do you mean by a slow thinker? Did it just start or have you always been like this. Just asking?

Keep posting and God Bless

You're right I didn't give enough info lol sorry. What I meant was, when I'm talking to someone I always leave the conversation saying to myself. "Why couldn't I have said this or that." I just can't think fast enough what to respond to people when I'm talking to them.

I was just reading on a site and it said something like scientists thought blood flow to the brain was constant, but recent studies prove that blood flow increases when you think. And that's just what brought me to this question, am I slow thinker because I don't have enough blood flowing to my brain? I do have schizophrenia. So I thought it had to be a mixture with schizophrenia and blood flow to the brain.

Re: Slow thinker

Slow thinker Are you taking any type of meds? If so, I would start with their side effects. The only reason I say this is b/c I am BiPolar and have Fibromyalgia and take a handful of cocktails and I have the same problems but it is due to the meds along with fibro fog from the fibromyalgia... Fibro fog is when you just aren't thinking great.

You may check your meds.
Good Luck

Re: Slow thinker

Yes I am on meds. Geodon and Abilify for my schizophrenia. And Lexapro for my OCD. Thanks I'll check into that.
